Ken graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English in 2004 and Juris Doctorate Degree in 2007. Ken is a member of the Florida Bar, Trial Attorney Section of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, Cuban American Bar Association, American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and Dade County Bar Association. While in law school, Ken was a member of the Center of Ethics and Public Service, a member of the Litigation Skills team and an editor of the Res Ipsa Loquitor.
As for his legal experience, Ken served the Miami-Dade County’s Public Defenders Office–Juvenile Division; interned with Jimmy Morales concerning Jimmy’s campaign for Miami Dade County Mayor; clerked at the Law Firm of Trescott, Drucker and Vassallo specializing in both civil and criminal litigation and worked at Miami Law Title & Trust, specializing in real estate matters, prior to joining the firm.
Ken focuses his practice on civil and family litigation. He has represented individuals, businesses, associations and financial institutions in state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida. Ken has also been appointed on numerous cases by Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judges to serve as an attorney ad litem and/or special master in mortgage foreclosure cases.
